Mold runner form: The mold head adopts a double runner structure, with adjustable and easily removable upper and lower mold lips , the elastic fine-tuning design allows the wall thickness error of the product to be within ±3%, fully enclosed built-in electric heating pipe with zone control, rapid heating, small temperature difference, independent zone control of the air blowing mechanism in the mold, uniform gas distribution makes the product more stable, the mold cavity and core rod use high precision polishing process with accuracy reaching 0.015-0.03UM, ensuring smooth material flow. The core rod is equipped with gas distribution rods inside, which can independently and uniformly adjust the gas flow in each zone. The mold head and extruder, along with matching shaping molds and other auxiliary machines, are used to produce PC, PE, PC+UV, PP single-layer, multi-layer grid boards, cross-shaped, X-shaped, hexagonal, honeycomb, and other hollow board materials. The matching two-stage shaping plates are made of excellent steel and special surface treatment, wear-resistant and non-deformable, with special temperature control water channels and vacuum shaping design, meeting the temperature requirements of the products and ensuring stable forming. Product thickness: 2-24mm, width 1200-2200mm.
Applicable production: The PP and PE hollow grid boards produced by special molds are suitable for turnover boxes, light box advertisements, exhibition materials, etc., due to their lightweight, high strength, and moisture-proof properties. PC hollow sunlight boards are widely used in building decoration, lighting insulation, and partition barriers fields. The hollow sunlight board mold is equipped with a distributor that uniformly coats a UV layer, capable of producing hollow products with a width of 2100mm, with good properties such as durability, UV resistance, impact resistance, and light transmittance.
