Special hanger-type structure XPS foam board die head.
A continuous unobstructed flow surface can be obtained at the die lip, equipped with push-pull adjustment screws with small intervals to control the pressure of the resin and the up-and-down rebound effect of the metal. The flexible die lip can be bent to adjust the die gap. The die body uses a hot oil circulation system to control temperature, and the surface is fully hard chrome plated. Fasteners use high-strength bolts of grade 12.9, and durable stainless steel heating rods are used for zoned heating control. The foaming is uniform, production is stable, the structure is simple, and it is easy to disassemble and clean. Producing XPS board products with a thickness of 20mm-120mm.
Applicable: XPS (carbon dioxide) can be matched with various extrusion equipment. Die width 150mm-600mm.
