Safety measures should be taken for the moving parts of the upper mold, while the lower mold should have protective plates and covers. The mold's parts should also consider issues such as loose screws, preventing cracking and falling off, inability to withstand impacts, and oxidation.
To save time and facilitate the transportation of the mold, connecting plates need to be set up between the upper and lower molds. The molds should be arranged reasonably according to the characteristics of the press bed while ensuring the safety of the molds, making them easier to install and operate.
